BARBARA C. LEBECK
QUALIFYING BROKER and founder of The Lebeck Company, established roots in real estate very early in her career. Barb is a native New Mexican and the Lebeck family has owned and managed real estate in New Mexico for three generations. Barb just comes by it naturally. She reinforced that background with a degree in marketing from the University of Denver and with hands-on experience in every aspect of the business beginning in 1978. Barb knows not only the business but also the Albuquerque community, having served 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Action Team, on the Mayor's Infill Taskforce and as President of her Neighborhood Association. She is dedicated to an active role in the day-to-day operation of her company to ensure that each client — owner, tenant, buyer or seller — receives customized, competent personal service.

LISA C. SHAY
ASSOCIATE BROKER and CHIEF OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, has a strong professional background in customer service/customer satisfaction. Following 16 years in the food service industry, Lisa joined The Lebeck Company several years ago. She dedicates herself to the Company's tradition of quality service and joins Barb in caring for each client personally and each property as if it were her own.
