To assure an immediate response to your questions or needs, you will have our personal cell phone numbers as well as access to a live 24/7 answering service operator. Additionally, you'll receive monthly itemized statements showing full property accounting and bill payment.

As a property owner working with The Lebeck Company, you're welcome to personally participate in the property management process as much or as little as you wish. Some owners, for example, take an active role in tenant screening and conduct a final review and approval. We use standard Realtors Association of New Mexico property management agreement forms that allow us to structure our agreement to your detailed specifications.
