The high level of personalized service extended to each of our property owners is equally extended to each of our tenants. We are available to you anytime day or night either through our office during business hours or through a live answering service operator after-hours, weekends and holidays. We strive to provide you with prompt, efficient repair and maintenance service to ensure both your safety and your comfort. Although our goal is to complete non-emergency maintenance work within 4 days, our track record nearly always shows a faster turn-around time. We're proud of that, and we're proud of our reputation among tenants. We believe that you too will find us cooperative, friendly and understanding.

For your convenience, we provide these easy-click downloads to print the Rental Chex Application form and the Lebeck Company Application form. Once you have fully completed the application forms, please deliver them to the Lebeck Company at 916 Lomas Blvd. NW along with your application fee of $27 (cash or money order only) and $100, which will be applied to your security deposit when your application has been approved and you have accepted.
