Oh my gosh! How wonderful is it to have Barb manage our properties?

Amazingly wonderful!! We tried managing our properties ourseleves.....that did not work out......our management style lost us $7,000. Finally, we contracted Barb and LITERALLY everything has been wonderful since! Renters never contact us - just Barb. When Barb contacts us she says something like "Your property needs a new dryer" and if I say "Oh let me look for a deal on Craig's List!", she says "OK! Let me know!" or if I say "Oh, OK- how much will it cost?", she says "Well, I think we have a lead on a used one and my guy can install it for $400 total cost and if we need to get a new one it will be $500 total cost'

Instead of being worried about the cost of things, I am completly comfortable leaving everything in Barb's hands because I know she will take care of things for the least amount of money!

With regard to monthly rent, etc -Barb takes care of everything and rent is deposited in our account on the same day every month - like clock-work!

She is wonderful and we would never own a rental house without her!
